Service Description

BOTOX®: BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet lines, and frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. FAQs: Will I look overdone? You should not lose the ability to show expression when you are treated by someone who is licensed, trained, and a medical expert in facial anatomy. It is important to talk to your aesthetic specialist about the results you want from treatment. How quickly will I see results? Typicaly, patients notice a difference within 3-5 days but it may take up to 2 weeks for the full effect. It is recommended that first-time BOTOX® clients schedule a 2-week follow-up appointment to assess the overall result and whether an additional dose is required to achieve your optimal results. How long will BOTOX® last? Typically, you should expect 3-4 months; however, this is highly variable depending on each person’s individual metabolism and the amount of medication used. Anecdotally, clients who are very thin or exercise frequently may need more frequent injections or higher doses of BOTOX® to achieve their desired results. What were common side effects seen in clinical studies? In studies for forehead lines, 9% of patients experienced headache, 2% had brow drooping, and 2% had eyelid drooping. In the frown line studies, 3% of patients experienced eyelid drooping, and in the crow’s feet studies, 1% of patients experienced eyelid swelling. Other possible side effects include: discomfort or pain at the injection site; headache; and eye problems: double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, dry eyes, and swelling of your eyelids. These are not all of the possible serious side effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic. Please talk to your specialist and read the Important Safety Information provided at your appointment. How should I prepare for my appointment? Do not drink alcohol, take medications or supplements, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil, that may thin the blood in order to prevent bruising. It is fine to resume these medications/supplements after receiving your injections. It is ideal to come to your appointment with a clean face. What is the after-care? Ideally, wait at least 1 hour before reapplying makeup. Do not lie down or rub/massage (including facials) the injection area for 4 hours after receiving BOTOX®. You should avoid vigorous exercise (e.g., weight training, CrossFit) for 24h.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please either call the front desk or manage your booking through the email/website notifications you should have received. Anyone who cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be encouraged to reschedule, otherwise, that person is agreeing to forfeit their downpayment for the service. Individuals who cancel their appointment before 24 hours of their appointment will receive a refund of their downpayment.
