Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a painless procedure that utilizes a broad spectrum of wavelengths for the treatment of acne, stops the production of hair, and treats sun-induced changes on the skin, including brown spots, redness, age spots, broken blood vessels, and acne/rosacea. IPL hair removal is a semi-permanent solution utilizing broad-spectrum, visible light. This light is specially controlled to remove shorter wavelengths and devised to target specific structures. In hair removal, it is designed to target the melanin pigment in the hairs. The light energy is absorbed, transferring as heat energy which warms the hair, causing damage to the follicle and preventing future hair growth without damaging the surrounding skin. To cancel or reschedule, please either call the front desk or manage your booking through the email/website notifications you should have received. Anyone who cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be encouraged to reschedule, otherwise, that person is agreeing to forfeit their downpayment for the service. Individuals who cancel their appointment before 24 hours of their appointment will receive a refund of their downpayment.
