Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please either call the front desk or manage your booking through the email/website notifications you should have received. Anyone who cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be encouraged to reschedule, otherwise, that person is agreeing to forfeit their downpayment for the service. Individuals who cancel their appointment before 24 hours of their appointment will receive a refund of their downpayment. New Beginnings reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or block any person from receiving services for any reason. New Beginnings reserves the right to modify or move a service at any time and will contact the client when doing so. By booking an appointment with New Beginnings you agree to these booking terms.
